Crawford Park is led by Mark F. Crawford, President and Managing Partner. Mark began his career in real estate in 1980. Much of his focus has been on the acquisition, development and construction of individual residences as well as apartment communities and commercial properties. Mark determines the strategic goals for the company. He has responsibility over the Trust Deed sales and property acquisition functions. Mark has been affiliated with Marcus & Millichap and Jon Douglas Realty.

Mark and his wife Joanna live in Beverly Hills. He is a member of the Bishop Gooden Foundation, the 202 Association, and the Moriah Society.

Joanna Crawford is a Certified Public Accountant. She manages the finance and compliance functions. Prior to joining CPF in 2007, she was an SVP/Compliance with Countrywide Home Loans. During a 14 year tenure, her roles included HMDA, Fair Lending, and Internal Audit. She also practiced public accounting for several years at Price Waterhouse. She has a BBA/Accounting from the University of Texas. Ms. Crawford contributes to the community through her membership in women’s organizations.

Jonathan Dannenfelser is Vice President of Operations at Crawford Park Financial where he oversees the acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition of Apartment building Investments. He also participates in the marketing of the Trust Deed opportunities to investors.
Jonathan started his real estate career in Long Island, NY in the mid 1990’s where he worked for a contractor who would purchase, renovate and sell residential properties for profit. During that tenure, Jonathan learned construction including: framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding, windows, landscaping, finish work and reading blueprints. Jonathan moved to Los Angeles, CA at the end of 2005 where he obtained an onsite property management position managing a 32 unit apartment building which led into a regional manager position supervising seven buildings totaling 100+ units throughout Southern California. In addition to working as a property manager, Jonathan gained extensive experience with short sale negotiations, foreclosures and acquiring properties at auction.
